The Great Gatsby is famous for it's symbolism , especially in color. From the green light to the yellow car,  the storyline is packed with metaphors. The roaring 20's aesthetic of The Great Gatsby can sometimes drown out the heart of this storyline. For my take on the movie's title sequence, I wanted to highlight the symbols that are typically gilded over by the glamorous parties. I also wanted to show the multiple sides to the characters, from opulence to raw emotion.
